Visitors that went by bus could board the Motor bus at the juncture of Hill Street and River Valley road (near Tan Kah Kee’s Town Office) that would ferry them straight up to the amusement park at an affordable charge of 10 cents per person. The Motor buses shuttled between Hill Street and the great world until midnight each day [2], so visitors could enjoy their time there without worrying about missing the last bus.

If visitors hired a rickshaw to the park, the rickshaw was allowed to drop them off at the main entrance of the park, but was not allowed to wait there. When visitors were leaving the park and wished to hire a rickshaw, they would find them at the northern side of Zion Road [3].

by CAR
If visitors drove, they could park on the parking grounds of Zion Road, or if the parking area was full, they could park at the eastern side of the eastern part of River Valley Road. If drivers had to drop someone off at the main entrance first, they would go straight from the northern side of the main entrance onto River Valley Road and onto Zion Road to park their car afterwards [4].
